Individual Counselling
Individual counselling offers a supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, coping, and meaningful change.
-

Couples Counselling with 1 therapist
Led by two therapists (Lina and Garry), this approach allows both partners to feel fully seen and supported. By working individually and together, we’re able to go deeper, understand each perspective, and help you move forward more effectively as a couple.
-
Couples Counselling with 2 therapists
This is a unique service where a couple (Lina and Garry) will provide couples counselling together. Lina will work individually with one partner and Garry with the other and then bring both together for couples counselling sessions.
-
Family counselling
Family counselling provides a space for each family member to feel heard and understood. We may meet together and in smaller groups to better understand the challenges and strengthen relationships within the family. This work supports parent-child relationships, sibling dynamics, and blended families.
-

Counselling with children (ages 4-12)
Child counselling supports children in expressing their feelings, building coping skills, and navigating challenges in a safe and engaging way. We work closely with parents to support both the child and the family.
-

Counselling with teens
Teen counselling provides a supportive space for teens to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Together, we work toward building confidence, coping skills, and a stronger sense of self.
-

Parent Coaching
Parent coaching supports you in navigating the challenges of raising children and teens. Using an attachment-based approach, we help you better understand your child and respond in ways that strengthen your relationship and support their development.
-

Couples intensive
Couples intensive sessions are extended 4–6 hour sessions designed to help you make meaningful progress on a specific issue. These sessions are facilitated by two therapists, allowing for deeper insight, support, and real-time guidance.
We tailor therapy for your needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT, and Gottman Method.
